Youth & Leadership
Nurturing the next generation of pastoralist women leaders through skills training, mentorship, and platforms for civic participation.
Sustainable change depends on the next generation. Our Youth & Leadership programme invests in young women from pastoralist communities - equipping them with the confidence, civic skills, and networks to lead local advocacy campaigns and represent their communities in regional and national policy spaces.
